The Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Commonwealth) applies across Australia and is one of many anti-discrimination laws that operate in the country. This legislation is administered by the Human Rights & Equal Opportunity Commission. Their web site provides detailed information about the legislation and its provisions for disability access.
