We test each visitors vision individually We test each visitors vision individually

People with low vision have reduced sight, which can't be corrected with glasses. Low vision can cause problems in everyday life such as

  • Reading your mail
  • Watching TV
  • Enjoying hobbies
  • Negotiating stairs
  • Crossing roads
  • Going shopping
  • Travelling on public transport.

If you're having trouble with these daily tasks, our Low Vision Clinic can assist you.

At our Low Vision Clinic, we focus on helping you to live safely and independently with low vision. We provide practical advice and aids that will help you in daily life.

After assessing your level of vision, we can identify practical ways to enhance your vision and make better use of it in everyday situations.

You can try the latest aids and equipment in a comfortable environment, with no obligation to buy. So you can take your time to find the most suitable aids for your needs.

We have an extensive range of magnifiers including:

  • Spectacle magnifiers
  • Hand-held magnifiers
  • Stand magnifiers
  • Magnifiers that clip onto your glasses
  • Illuminated magnifiers
  • Magnifying lamps
  • Pocket magnifiers
  • Binoculars and monoculars
  • Closed circuit TVs

If we don't have a specific aid for demonstration, we will happily source it for you.
