Instructor trains a young client to use a White Cane Instructor trains a young client to use a White Cane

Your difficulty may be with stairs, getting to work, bright sunshine, or generally getting around. Each person's needs are different. No matter the circumstance, Guide Dogs NSW/ACT's broad range of services, including White Canes, Guide Dogs, GPS and electornic mobility aids and general mobility training, allow us to help anyone living with blindness or impaired vision to get around safely and more confidently.

Whatever your age or situation we can help. While your vision is important in planning a program, what you are seeking to achieve or overcome is just as important to us.

All of our services are provided free of charge to residents of New South Wales and the ACT and our specialist orientation and mobility instructors visit you at home, school, work or wherever required.

If you would like to hear more about our services please phone your nearest Guide Dogs NSW/ACT office. We are happy to receive referrals from friends or family members, on behalf of the person, providing the referral is made with their consent.
