Everyone of us
Should take heed,
when we see a dog
on a double lead.
For it's almost certain
that we should find,
that the dog's master
is probably blind.
The dog is essential
to avoid some strife,
and ensures the owner
has a better life.
The dog gives confidence
while at its master's side,
and does its very best
and that is, to guide.
Both of us are pensioners
and we've passed four scores,
but here is ten dollars
we wish it were more.
