Guide Dogs supporters throw us a bone!
As part of our 2009 Christmas appeal, we invited some supporters to send us a personalised Christmas message on a boneshaped paper cut-out.
The response was overwhelming! We received literally thousands of paper bones.
Some supporters decorated their bone with Christmas stickers, while others included pictures of their pets. But we were moved most of all by their words.
"You are truly making a difference in so many people's lives," wrote one respondent. "Keep up the awesome job."
Thanks for your words of encouragement and support. We sent some of your bones to the Guide Dogs Centre, so the dogs could join in the festive fun!
