Clarification re Guidelines Article
Guide Dogs NSW/ACT would like to clarify a statement made in the Winter 2012 'Guidelines' Newsletter (Volume 1 No. 2) in regards to Guide Dogs Pet Insurance. The article 'Guide Dogs launches Pet Insurance' stated "It [Guide Dogs Pet Insurance] was recently ranked #1 by Choice magazine as the best pet cover available in Australia." The administrator of Guide Dogs Pet Insurance is Petplan which was one of several pet insurance plans reviewed and recommended by consumer publication CHOICE. Guide Dogs Pet Insurance was not mentioned in the CHOICE article - our administrator Petplan and its underwriter Allianz - were reviewed favorably. Guide Dogs Pet Insurance provides a similar product as our administrator Petplan and we look forward to our cat and dog plans being critiqued by the consumer advocate group. |
