Woof-Fest is back and bigger than ever, thanks to Gulliver, the world’s largest Guide Dog. The 4.3 metres tall, 690 kilogram fibreglass blond Lab will join dogs of all shapes and sizes to help celebrate man’s best friend and spread a very important message to the local community.
Now in its sixth year, the free community festival will be held at Bungarribee Dog Park in Western Sydney Parklands on Sunday, 25 June.
Gulliver’s presence at Woof-Fest will give Guide Dogs NSW/ACT the chance to raise awareness of the services the organisation provides at no cost to people who are blind or vision impaired.
Packed with live entertainment, expert advice and an assortment of kids’ activities, Woof-Fest will also showcase a whole kennel full of doggy activities and attractions including dog skills demonstrations, 50 dog-themed stalls and a dog fashion parade.
In addition to the many pawesome activities to enjoy on the day, the public will have the opportunity to support Guide Dogs by purchasing merchandise.
Woof-Fest will be a fabulous day out for the dog enthusiast or simply a fun free day out for the entire family.
